Support building with webpack 5 #485

We are updating webpack in debian to version 5 for our next release and would like to build jsonld with webpack 5. When trying to build with webpack 5, we get the following errors. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1003502

Please update webpack dependency to version 5.
