Add errors to matrix default template #22

Adds an error display that shows why a test failed on mouse over. Fixes possibly the most annoying part of the reports: not knowing why a test failed when looking at the report html. 20220705_15h20m29s_grim

This is great! I tried it out in status-list-2021-test-suite and the feature is working. My only suggestion would be that maybe we should make the contents in the pop-up more user friendly. Instead of the json, may be we should just show the error name and message (and maybe even add a background color to the pop up). I think the other stuff (diff, stack etc) are not very important but that's just my opinion.

So that means creating a small widget that accepts a mocha error and display it, which is 100% possible to do and probably will be needed to make further UI refinements so that sounds like a good idea.
