Improve table display #25

Recent wide report tables with ~12 columns are not rendered well. On a wide screen desktop the left most test name column is not readable as part is covered up by the ToC sidebar. Collapsing the sidebar lets you read it, but that should not be needed.

On mobile some tables don't fit and there seems to be no way to scroll them or otherwise see the edge content.

Some sort of horizontal fit and scrolling ability may be needed.

additional issues with this are: the table of contents is produced by a javascript library and the components are inserted at another time and the usual z-index issues. This should not be a hard problem to solve, but it might take some time.

Do you have stats showing mobile vs desktop access? (btw. GA provides the data) I would expect developers preferring desktop as it's the development environment. Mobile version, on the contrary, could be more interesting to people looking for a product to use to check compliance.

Anyway, improving the visual style would be great.

They are just tables, they should display correctly everywhere.

@filip26 yeah desktop is what we test on. Mobile display is checked, but not prioritized.
