Solve naming problem with columns and notImplemented #8

The reporter has a new feature which displays implementations that have explicitly stated they don't support a feature (usually in an interoperability matrix). This has created a new naming issue where columns is paired with notImplemented. Renaming columns is a breaking change.

the following test suites use this reporter:

[x] https://github.com/w3c-ccg/vdl-test-suite (currently broken)
[x] https://github.com/w3c-ccg/vc-api-issuer-test-suite
[x] https://github.com/w3c-ccg/vc-api-verifier-test-suite
[x] https://github.com/w3c-ccg/di-ed25519-test-suite

In order to match naming we should change:

[x] columns to implemented
[x] File a PR that references this issue on all test suites
