Updates for YOLO v3 #34

Looks like there are some subtle model changes. Will anyone take a look at the new C changes for the conversion?

I updated the code such that the wrapper now is compatible with the latest darknet and Yolov3. Already submitted a pull request. Please check my folk: git@github.com:rayhou0710/pyyolo.git and feel free to let me know if any modification needs to be made. Thanks!
