Add timeline visualisation #29

At a minimum needs to be able to visualise the major events in a single project. Ideally should be able to simultaneously display multiple projects at the same time. The ability to annotate would be very useful.

There are a few javascript projects around that offer this type of functionality. A lot offer editing abilities which I am not interested in.

This project may be a good candidate. This theme also includes a timeline.
