Upgraded ferdi to 5.6.0 #24

Ferdi's package should automatically detect releases. Once I get back home, I'll look into why that's failing. The update.ps1 file should be using regex to detect new releases on GitHub if I don't have time to fix it tonight, I'll try to pull this in and at least get 5.6.0 out.

The change to the update script works now, but the update is waiting in moderation. It can take a few days to a few weeks to get approved. Eventually the package should gain trusted status and be available as soon as Chocolatey's tests pass.
