Rename jquery version folder typo #104

Fixes #97

This is a simple fox to rename the jquery folder (3.3.1) to match the jquery version (3.1.1).

Thanks for the fix. Always happy to have new contributors. We are also working on a successor with boostrap 4 at github.com/okkur/syna.
