Japanese translation #47

Hi, I love your theme and exampleSite instructions very much !

Since Hugo supports multilingual now, I've added multilingual mode setting to config.toml partially and made a Japanese translation of index page as an example. (well, the translations are yet incomplete, I can keep working on little by little)

Hello @shotakaha,

excuse the late response. Your additions are glady welcome and would be a great way to show the i18n capabilities of Hugo.

Adding i18n support to this theme involves a lot more additions like the correct linking between pages and their translation etc. Furthermore, the upstream project got a complete overhaul that I want to port as well. Therefore, I'll add the new upstream change and i18n at once because the changes are rather fundamental.

Since then I'll leave this PR open.
