h2 tag overlaps horizontal scrollbar from pre code blocks #59

If you have a code block with long lines that causes horizontal scrolling, the horizontal scroll bar appears but the actual bar cannot be clicked in order to scroll. I have reproduced this with the demo site as well using Chromium, Chrome, and Firefox on Linux.
