Cinebench window resizes when using mouse wheel (scrolling) #756

Describe the bug Related to https://github.com/digitalcreations/MaxTo/issues/689, but now also for Cinebench 23.

To Reproduce

= Cinebench R23 will move to the MaxTo region (and max out this region) at the mouse pointer position where you scrolled.

You could repeat it again if you resize the window again (screen wide, not region wide).

Expected behavior Window should NOT move when using the mouse scroll wheel.
