Slow work (Windows 11)

I am trying to open a regular Windows mail application (Windows 11) in the leftmost region of the monitor out of the three. For the entire region. Created empty triggers: "Window сreated" and "Window shown". Ingredients are made with parameters:

• Window class: "Application Frame Window"
• Window name: "*Mail". And no matter what ingredients I cook, this application, starting from the second launch, always opens in the middle region, and after five seconds it is transferred to the left region.

Firstly, is it possible to immediately open the application in the first region? Secondly, is it possible to get rid of the five-second delay?

@Real3L0 Can you send the log files for when this happens?

It could be that a delay in the initial command prevents the second command from running.

The problem "slow work" is not reproducible now. But I still can't open Mail application on first region.

Am I to understand that we can therefore close this issue now?

If not, please supply log files for when it occurs, and export the recipe that triggers it.

The question is how can I write a rule that the application always opened in the required region?
