OEM keys not working in recipes hotkeys #774

I'm trying to replace all the numpad keys with UIOJKLM,. in recipes. While the hotkeys using UIOJKLM work as expected, the hotkeys using ,. (OEM COMMA, OEM PERIOD) don't trigger anything on my environment. I have also tested a few other OEM keys and the issue remains.

To Reproduce

  1. Make Contract Down recipe a template
  2. Go to the new Contract Down (copy) custom recipe -> Hotkey
  3. Update the hotkey, by changing Numpad2 to OEM Comma, save the new hotkey
  4. Try to trigger the new recipe by pressing Win + Alt + Comma, nothing happens
