MaxTo doesn't "work" the on boot up #791

Describe the bug

When I boot up and log in to my PC, MaxTo starts up when I log in. The issue I'm having is that MaxTo starts up, but the recipes don't work. If I press Win+L_Arrow the window will fullscreen itself rather than fitting into my custom recipe size. To fix this I have to end MaxTo and open it again.

To Reproduce

  1. Startup PC
  2. Log in
  3. Wait for MaxTo to appear in the bottom right of the taskbar
  4. Open a program that you can change the size of with Win+Arrow keys
  5. Press Win+L_Arrow
  6. Window will fullscreen

Expected behavior

Selected window will go to the left hand side of the monitor and the recipes desired size

config.txt - Had to change the extension to .txt because Github wouldn't allow me to upload .json
