MaxTo cant open in my custom Win7 Ultimate build #795

Describe the bug I built my windows 7 myself and I don't know what to do about it, it comes up immediately when I try to start it I hope you can help me

Expected behavior that I can use it because it worked on my other win7 installaton

System information:

Windows version: Windows 7 Ultimate Service pack 1
MaxTo version: I can't even open maxto, but it is the newest
