MaxTo Running In The Background After Uninstalled #801

Describe the bug

I tried MaxTo software running MaxTo.Core.exe after downloading zip archive and extracting it. Then I deleted all the files. But it is still active somehow because Win+Shift hotkey still works. I searched for something related to MaxTo software in startup applications and processes but I was not able to find anything. The question is how does it start again after all the MaxTo files are deleted? How is it possible to stop it running in the background?

To Reproduce

  1. Download zip archive.
  2. Run MaxTo.exe (since I thought, this was the main start point)
  3. Run MaxTo.UI.exe (then I thought this must be it)
  4. Run MaxTo.Core.exe

Expected behavior After deleting all the files, it is not expected for the software still to run in the background especially after system restart.
