Reconciliation with AltSnap (formerly AltDrag) #813

I use AltSnap to move windows around and snap them against the edges of others, and I'd like to see some sort of reconciliation, or baby-making, between the two technologies as they are an integral part of my productivity experience, and without one or the other, I am lost.

I also use AltSnap, but I just disabled the features that were overlapping/competing and use AltSnap for the things unique to it. :)
