Change Mailto Link on Membership Page to a Form Link

Mailto links don't work if someone hasn't set up a default mail program, or use browser-based mail. When I went to click on the button, the link didn't work for me.

How about instead we set up a google form that asks for some basic info and then it sends a notification to dcc-membership-inquiry@mit.edu.

@gwalsh311 - could you please create a simple form: These fields are sufficient for now:

• Name*
• Institution*
• Email*
• Message

*required

It should save to a private form and send a notification to: dcc-membership-inquiry@mit.edu. Please post link to form here for @fields37 to replace mailto on Contacts Us button.
