@fields37 - could you please add some space before the Team header?

Also, I think the text "If you represent a higher education or post-graduate institution we invite you to learn more about membership." Could use a little treatment and spacing. The whole callout would be a bit much but how about a smaller callout that can work as a divider between members and team?
