Cache credential image URLs #311

When adding a credential, if an image is referred to by URL, cache the image. Every time the credential is viewed, if there is an active connection then fetch a new copy otherwise if the connection is not active or the image is not available then show the cached image.

Images that should be cached include the credential image (badge image), issuer image.
