Abandoning Adding Credential and Reading forces LCW to ask user to select a profile #516

To Reproduce

Add a credential from a deep link
Before accepting the credential navigate back to the deep link
Re-add the same credential from the same deep link
LCW asks the user to what Profile they would like to add the credential
(there is only a default profile in LCW)
(only tried this in iOS LCW v2.0.14build69)

Expected Action

Either LCW should alert the user that they were in process of adding a credential and let them complete that action
Or LCW should discard the previous add attempt, not show the select profile screen and add the credential.
