"Go to Register Wallet" button in onboarding isn't accessible #533

The current button isn't accessible with the white text on the blue background. Match the styles to the other primary action buttons in the app like the "Next/Skip" on the same page.

Alex: Use contrast meters to measure how much blue color would need to change in order to meet accessibility guidelines. Discuss with team on potential color changes. Discuss two changes (light mode/dark mode, which invokes a different css sheet).
