Q&A- Tec: LCW Web wallet

When making a credential claim from a Mobile or Web device, we are redirected to the Web Wallet. Is this behavior of redirection to a web wallet correct? Since we expected that it would redirect us to the LCW on Mobile. We share evidence with you, in image 6, is where we were redirected when opening the invitation link, instead of going to LCW, it sent us - apparently - a Web Wallet.

In relation to the issue of claiming the credential, it generates a warning or error when reading the QR code from the LCW. Do you think this error is because we are not yet registered as issuers in the DCC registry? We show you evidence in image 7.

@MyriamLara Are you using the Learning Foundation version of the Admin Dashboard or ours? Also, what version?

The versión movil is Learning Credencial Wallet retry scan code QR its moment go. Scan show error the parse handler. If you can scan the credentials with learning credential wallet we would appreciate if you would try to tell us. We cannot do it from the mobile application. It sends us that error in the handler. @AngelOCrz94 Aparece que este codigo QR se esta generando por medio de la 'learning economy' version del Admin Dashboard. Tendrias que generarlo usando nuestra version del Admin Dashboard para que te funciones.
