Display credentialSubject.name as subject name #86

If credentialSubject.name is included in the Open Badge data, continue to display it. Currently the label used in the card is "Issued to". Please change this to: "Subject Name". so that it is the same label as in the LCW. (see issue #463

@kayaelle I'm pretty sure in a previous iteration we changed the label to "Issued to:" to represent a label that a user might expect whereas "Subject Name" is for someone that might understand the OBv3 spec.

In any event the labels should be in sync between LCW and VerifierPlus.

Looks like they are Subject Name in both. I think you're right about "issued to:". I'll make a new ticket to change them back after this release. Thanks!
