Increase MaxTextMessageSize to 1MB and some improvements #2

Fixes #1

Improvements:

Ignore Eclipse project files
Sort POM dependencies and replace tabs with spaces
Upgrade to Jetty websocket-client 9.4.12.v20180830 (same as in openHAB)
Update project URL in POM
Make some fields final
Remove some trailing spaces from logging
Fix typo Resposne -> Response
Add LICENSE file
