Describe the solution you'd like

Be able to read flex sensor inputs.

• Use the mux select GPIO to control which flex sensor to read from. This should already be implemented.
  • P3.7 - Mux 0
  • P4.1 - Mux 1
  • P4.6 - Mux 2
• Use the P5.5 ADC to read the mux output. This might require a short delay to make sure the mux has had time to switch between inputs. This should also be mostly implemented with the adc_if.* files , but might need some refactoring to clean up the code and support multiple ADC pins.
• Only needs to work for 3 flex sensors to demonstrate proof-of-concept.

Purchased some Adafruit Flex sensors because I did not like how my homemade flex sensors was so sensitive to non-bending touch. I could not mount them to the gloves without maxing out the resistance.

Unsure why the flex sensors are showing a constant value of ~230 when running on the battery supply. Re-opening issue because I need to do further testing to figure out why.
