Software Improvements - Stretch Goals

This issue contains software improvements that I would like to make after I complete the core requirements of the project.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Pitch and roll cannot update quickly enough for fast movements. Need to experiment with why the updates take so long to catch up but are accurate once they get there.
• DSP Effects Rack should show some update on the LCD. As documented in #54, the LCD write function is taking too long to complete between frames. A possible solution would be to update the LCD in pieces.
• Dynamic SOC estimation as described in #51 .
