Create a main program outline that does the following:
Shows how the program will operate from a high level.
Creates function names, defining the inputs and outputs. Each function should include a print message saying "Needs implementation" and should have a high level function description.
Plan out a versioning system and determine how I will add that into the .git/hooks as a pre-commit requirement.
