Currently I code years by hand when dispatching kbatch instances. If we're not in a hurry (or have plenty of nodes) we could just iterate across years (and 3-year combos) but we may have to do it on the bash side locally since the best current approach seems to be to have 4-ish kbatch instances running at once. May do some (more) testing and revisit this plan though
