Do what you can about clouds #19

  1. Change the gap fill order (or something like that, I remember seeing what I needed to do but didn't do it)
  2. Test geomedian (but just for the nir band, I don't think we need any harmonization).
  3. Consider making longer-term multiyear composites when data are still lacking for the 3-year. Would require some more processing.

Only second one above (test geomedian) is needed for milestone

All the above are completed, clouds are mostly squashed now
