Reduce size of tidal data #2

Previously I could clip the fes data (though I never tested it), the coords on the TPXO9 don't have a consistent format (take a look...there's no coords in the grid file, the u files have u and v coords, etc). One option might be to only package files we are actually using (if pyTMD allows that), or look deeper into clipping.

Could not suss the format well enough to clip, closing for now as not really important any more.
