I think ~odc.stac.load~ pystac is unstable #23

I'm serious, it seems to falter in the same place when over all scenes, yet work if I restart where it failed. In one case I was getting memory errors on scene 93 63 which didn't happen if I just ran that scene, in the second case it was claiming a bad bbox on scene 100-61 (IIRC), yet worked fine when I ran just that scene. Not enough info I know, but will keep my eyes open

I switched to stackstac and still seeing issue. Perhaps MS is throttling stac queries somehow?
