Tile PG 072 from 2018 has missing data and data that does exist seems wrong #13

This tile:

region_code = "PG"
region_index = "072"
datetime = "2018"

Doesn't have mangroves showing for 2018, see image below.

Comparing NDVI from 2018 with 2019 shows a big difference, see:

This is a very big tile... but not sure why it's ending up with this big gap for this year nor why those values that are present are so low.
