Changes for AWS #48

  1. Add write_to_s3_storage or similar function to utils
  2. Parameterize any hard-coded azure-based urls (for storage containers etc)
  3. Abstract/kwargize use of get_container_client.
  4. Check hardcoded band & collection names (mainly for landsat but also sentinel-2) vs what aws uses.
