More than 2 tree view layers #153

represent tree structures of the cms beyond 2 layers in the app as well.

The basic principle seems to work. It's possible to select a page on layer two and only the main page and it's children are shown. I found one bug in the main menu (off canvas): it shows all pages from layer one and all pages from layer two that contain children themselves. -> new criterion for a page appearing in the main menu needed: "has no parent"

use the wirschaffendas password and load Regensburg. The main menu currently should contain the following menu items: menu-r
