Allow refreshing all languages at once #439

Some users need all languages on their smartphone. It would be helpful for them to be able to refresh all languages at once.

As we may not want an additional button, we could potentially add a setting: "Always refresh all languages". This would basically tell the app to refresh not just the currently selected language, but all.
