Add spoken languages at POIs #2822

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a user I want to know which languages are spoken at a POI, such that I know whether I need to bring a translator or not.

Describe the solution you'd like Show the spoken languages of a POI in the UI. Blocked by https://github.com/digitalfabrik/integreat-cms/issues/2799.

Describe alternatives you've considered Don't show this information.

Additional context There was a lot of discussion whether we actually want this (since this might prevent users from attempting to go there in the first place). We agreed that we still want to do this as it is still helpful information (and with the right wording this does not have to be the case). This was a feature wish from our target group meetings. The CMS doesn't plan to work on this before Q4 2024. Therefore it does not make sense to have this in the roadmapping for the T34k milestone.
