Change flags for Kurdish, Kurmanji and Sorani #1685

Motivation

Kurmanji is spoken in many countries, currently we use the Syrian flag, we should use a non-political flag. Sorani is spoken in two countries, one being the autonomous region of Kurdistan, maybe it would also be good to change the flag.

Proposed Solution

Create a flag/flags similar to the Arabic and Farsi flags - theoretically we only need Kurmanji and Sorani, but for that to work we need issue INFRA-214 closed (merging Kurdish and Kurmanji).

Alternative

Only substitute Kurmanji - Sorani is only spoken in two countries and we have those flags in the system.
