Do we in fact need separate templates? As far as I understand this a design issue would be a default feature + 2 checkboxes right?
Sounds reasonable to just have one template, but I am also fine, if we have two.

Describe the solution you'd like Create an issue template for design tickets. Add a task list for Concept reviews.
