Specify Time Zone #73

I think we need to get the timezones clear. I belive it has to be UTC? If so we need to tell the users in the interface.

Yes, it is working with UTC. And I think it would be best to tell users that we're using UTC everywhere?! Should probably create less confusion than mixing/working with different time zones.
