Use JSCover config API and include more configuration options #6

This requires JSCover 1.0.26-SNAPSHOT, which I can release anytime.

Also, I've set the version of the plugin to 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT, because there are some config changes. I don't recommend trying to keep the version the same as JSCover.
