Milestones Role Base #91

I have started to use this but i am having a question like when i assign roles to a user the milestone cannot be created by anyone who is not an admin. wanted to know if its possible to have it in roles so that the person even if is not an admin can create a milestone. Let me know if this is something i have missed or its generic that cannot be done.

Hi, you are right, at the moment you need the PROJECT_ADMINISTRATION permission (at project or global level) to add a new milestone and we don't have plans to change the behaviour. Is it an issue for you?
