Analytics Graphs: Remove highlighting from graphs #62

Remove highlighting from graphs where the graph is not clickable, only retain mouse-over.

Not feasible in the current api of google charts. No option to turn off highlight without removing the defaut tooltip. A custom tooltip and hover event handling needs to be done to do this(Probably may still not work). We can figure out some other way to distinguish on click graphs.
