No menu button available in android 3 #7

On the samsung galaxy tab 10.1 (honeycomb, android 3) there is no menu button available when the app is running. This is probably the same on all honeycomb devices with a soft on-screen menu button (tablets) so should be fixed.

Same prob on tab sonja: htc flyet. android 3.2.1
