Lexeme Details: citations

Change the bibliography in the Lexeme Details to a list of citations instead of a bibliography, including page numbers.

Linked target pages do not need to be implemented yet, just the links pointing to them.

• [x] Display bibliography as list of citations, with page numbers.
• [x] When rendering locators, replace hyphens with en dashes. (This is handled automatically by the citation style template.)
• [x] Show full citation on mouseover.
• [x] Update unit tests for database.
• [x] Use asEntryArray option for data/index.js.
• [x] List citations horizontally, as tags/badges.
• [x] Indicate hoverability of references with cursor and written instructions.
• [x] Include View as Table | View as Bibliography links.
