The user should be able to select the orthographies to display on a per-language basis.
This would work nicely as a popup menu that can be selected next to any Multi-Orthographic Transcription, displaying the following options:
all: Displays all orthographies.
data only (default): Only displays orthographies with data.
default only: Only displays the default orthography.
select: A multi-select menu that allows the user to check which orthographies to display.
The default orthography should be labeled as such.
select all: Selects all options in the list.
unselect all: Unselects all options in the list except for the default orthography.
This information should be saved to local storage, as well as to the user's account (if they're logged in). When the user logs in, local settings override the saved settings (because the local settings will always be more recent). In other words, the saved settings simply always reflect the local settings. The user never has to explicitly save them.
