Add Notes to the Lexeme Details (under the Metadata tab).

[x] design UI
- The notes should appear at the bottom of the metadata tab, under their own header, because they don't display well in the Definition List component.
[x] add sample data
[x] add HTML
[x] add CSS
[x] add integration tests
