Lexemes: don't number single glosses #425

In the Lexemes Table, don't number glosses if there's only one.

Make sure the glosses continue to align vertically within the table, regardless whether they're numbered. (You can use position: outside; for the list marker for this.)

I think it's because the first -ahti- (in the screenshot) is an actual component, which is something that can have a meaning, but the second -ahti- is the "formative occurs in what component" (col. AV in the P-M spreadsheet), which does not have the option for a meaning. It's the second that we don't need to have listed.
