Users should be able to specify the default language of the data in a text. Two ways they might do this are:
a) the YAML header b) a special \lg code either at the start of the document, or included in the initial utterance schema
\lg
All subsequent utterances in the text are assumed to be that language, unless a \lg code is provided for the utterance.
The primary use case for this is code-switching in texts.
