Include Wifi Manager #2

Hi,

I just got started with PLCDuino for testing. It's great piece of hardware. One of the "chicke-egg" problem is Wifi connection.

Is there a way to include Wifi manager inside ESP ? https://github.com/tzapu/WiFiManager

Would love to see this too. The esp8266 is a great piece of hardware, but complicated.
